Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it

If you're having trouble logging into our website or the Brainwave3D Premium App, it's usually a password issue. No worries – resetting it only takes a minute.

Important: The web shop and the app use the same account system. No matter where you log in – you can reset your password via either the shop or the app.

Reset password via the web shop

1. Go to the login page
2. Click on "Forgot password?"
3. Enter the email address you registered with
4. You'll receive an email with a reset link
5. Click the link and set your new password

Reset password via the app

1. Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen
2. Enter your email address
3. Follow the link in the email and set your new password

Registered with Google or Apple?

If you signed up using your Google or Apple account, your password is managed there. To reset it, go directly to your Google Account Manager or Apple ID settings.
