You have the option to cancel your Brainwave3D Premium subscription at any time on a monthly basis. To do this, please follow the steps below:
On our online shop at www.brainwave3d.com, you can delete your account as follows:
Log in to your Brainwave3D account.
Click on the "My Account" button in the top right.
Go to "Overview".
On the left, you'll find a sidebar with multiple buttons; select "My Subscriptions".
Here you'll find the option to cancel.
If you've chosen an annual subscription, the app will remain active until the end of the already paid cycle, even if you cancel earlier.
To cancel in our app, please do the following:
Open the Brainwave3D Premium App.
Click on the button on the far right of the bottom bar.
Choose "Customer Account".
Go to "Manage".
In the top left, click the "Menu" button.
In the menu bar, select "My Subscriptions".
Here, you can cancel your Brainwave3D Premium subscription.
