Finding Downloads on Your Mac: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Via Finder:

  • Open the Finder on your Mac – it's the smiling icon in your dock.

  • Look in the sidebar on the left side for the "Downloads" folder.

  • Click on it to view all your downloaded files.

2. Via Browser:

  • Open the web browser you used for the download (e.g., Safari, Chrome).

  • Go to "Tools" in the menu bar and select "Downloads" to see a list of your downloads.

3. If the Frequency Isn't Displayed:

  • The download might not have completed properly. Please log in to your Brainwave account.

  • Navigate to the "Downloads" tab in your account.

  • Locate the desired frequency product and repeat the download process.

4. If the Download is Missing in Your Account:

  • If you cannot find the item in your account under "Downloads," there might be a system error.
